Since we've been in our new home, I've attempted to be a very new-agey Martha Stewart. You know, with cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner (LIKE A NORMAL MOMMA), and ironing all of the clothes in the house. Twice. I never realized how much being at home would mean to Doodle. She is overwhelmed with the fact that I'm fixing such dinners, (WITH DESSERT!), and was so happy with last night's meal she declared that was THE TOP CHEF TO END ALL TOP CHEFS. Then, I reminded her that, per our favorite movie, anyone can cook. She finished the conversation by telling me that it shouldn't be a big deal for me to fix Ratatouille for supper tonight then. Hell, if a rat can do it, so can I right? Right? *silence, crickets chirping*
